Health and Safety Training
- The training is for adult leaders serving youth in
units. At least one leader must have completed this training in
order for a unit to get a tour permit.
- This presentation helps Scouters know the BSA guidelines for Safe
Scouting and how to minimize risks to participants.
- Leaders should complete it within 90 days after they start in
their
position.
- Starting in September 2004, at least one session will be offered
each month either through a host stake
or at the District Roundtable meeting.
