Make sure Elections are happening in each chapter and increase Ordeal and Brotherhood membership

Provide Service to Camps

Details
Work with Chapters to make sure they are conducting Unit Elections

Make sure Follow up is happening for the candidates and get them to a Fellowship for Ordeal membership

Work with chapters to bring Brotherhood membership to all of those qualified

Adopt a Scout Camp in your Sector

Schedule Fellowships 1-2 per year for Sectors and do service in camps

Assist with summer camp troop elections

Assist with a OA Night at Camps

Contact each chapter monthly, Check on what the chapter had done and how they are doing. (Including Chapter Report, Unit Elections, Activities)

Help to find ways to reactivate less active chapters.

Report monthly to Lodge Chief/Adviser on how your sector is doing

Attend LEB�s and other Lodge and Sector Functions
