Camp Fees

Camp Fees - Includes Camping fee and All program activities per day (extra ammo for open shooting not included in price)

Groups choose program activity and date when they register online (based on availability). One program activity per group, per day. 

Program prices listed are per person, per day.

  • Mountain Biking-Gemini Loop:  $60 (for less experienced riders)
  • Mountain Biking-Over the Bars:  $75 (for experienced riders only)
  • Mountain Biking-Send It:  $90 (for experienced riders only)
  • Climbing and Rappelling:  $60
  • Canyoneering:  $75
  • River Rafting:  $75
  • Shooting Sports:  $45

Central Dining Food Plan$6.00 per meal per person. Camp provided meals are optional.  You may purchase meals provided & prepared by the camp, or you may choose to provide and prepare your own meals in your campsite.  Another option would be to prepare some of your own meals AND purchase other meals for your convenience.  The choice is yours!

Deposit:  25% of total registration, Non-Refundable

Additional nights of camping:  For days you are not registered for an Entrada activity, a $7 per person camping fee is due. For example, a unit arrives Monday night, does Mountain Biking Tuesday, visits Arches NP Wednesday, does Canyoneering Thursday and departs Friday. The $7 per person camping fee is due for Wednesday when the unit is offsite.

Camp Discounts Available

For help with planning or learning about group discounts for ward/stake activities go to:  http://www.utahscouts.org/stake-camps/34440 where you can fill out a ward/stake camp survey-interest request.  A council representative will then be in contact with you.



Deposit payment is required at time of registration.  If you do not make the deposit payment at time of registration, your registration will NOT be saved.  (After March 1st, you will be required to pay at least 50% of total registration to register.) 

If making registration and deposit with an LDS church check, you will need to call (801-437-6222) or come into any of our offices to make your registration.  (LDS church checks may not be used for an electronic check payment.)

The emphasis at Entrada is on program activities for male and female youth. Entrada follows BSA National High-Adventure age guidelines which state: A youth must be 14 years of age or 13 years of age and completed the 8th grade by date of participation. Entrada does not offer merit badge programs.



Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: The Utah National Parks Council must commit financial resources to employ staff, purchase food and supplies, and to prepare for camping operations. Participants, therefore, are required to make a financial commitment to attend. The deposit collected at registration time is non-refundable. Refunds of fees paid for individuals or units requested at least two weeks before camp will be fully granted (less any deposit). No refunds are given if a registration is canceled or the number of attendees is reduced within two weeks of your scheduled arrival date at camp. No refunds will be given for "no-shows" at camp. Making Payments: Payments can be made fully online through the registration process. You man return as often as you wish to make additional payments. If you prefer, you may also make payments at the Council Service Center or with Credit Card by phone @ 801-437-6222. The deposit you made will be automatically applied to your total fees. All fees must be paid at least two weeks before your camp begins. Payments must be made BEFORE camp begins. A late fee of $10 per person will be added to each registration for making payment at camp.
