Cub Scout Leader Training

 

WHEN:

Wed. August 26th - Sat. August 29th, 2020

WHERE:

Which Scout Camp is yet TBD (We'll let you know as soon as we do!)

WHAT:

Advanced, in-depth, hands-on training for adult leaders involved in Cub Scouting.  In fact, we like to tell people it's the BEST Cub Scout Leader training anywhere. You will leave this training with very specific goals and so much more. More knowledge, more commitment, more motivation, and more friends! Don't wait, register today!

WHO:

This training is specially designed for Cub Scout leaders (Cubmaster, Den Leaders, Committee Chair & Members, COR, Unit Commissioners, Parent Partners... any registered adult leader who wants to learn more about the Cub Scout program.)

PRICE:

Cost covers food, facilities, materials and more.

  • $130 per person

Additional costs:

  • There will be a trading post open so you may want some spending money (optional)

WHAT TO BRING:

  • The Akela's Council Cubmaster will email you to provide additional information including a packing list.

BASIC SCHEDULE:

August 26th, Wednesday:

  • Morning Check-in

August 29th, Saturday:

  • Afternoon check out

PREREQUISITES:

  1. ​Be registered as an adult volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
  2. Complete Cub Scout Leader Basic Training prior to the course.
  3. Be prepared to provide the BSA's Annual Health And Medical Record (Parts A, B, and C) at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds of fees requested at least 30 days prior to an event will be fully granted (less any down payment). No refunds are given if a registration is canceled or the number of attendees is reduced within two weeks of your scheduled event.
