Very Important Tip of the Week: Use the Right URL String

Remember, don't copy a Doubleknot URL from the top of your web browser.  When you need a URL string for websites and emails that you manage outside of Doubleknot, be sure you copy the URLs inside of the Doubleknot application.  Correct URLs can be found in a couple of places on Administrator screens:

• For events, it is the first field in the Edit Event page or you can use the radio button "Display event specific URLs"
• For Surveys, click on Forms & Surveys, select your survey and look for the "URL to Complete Form" field at the bottom the page
• For Doubleknot features, such as Elist Signup, the URLs are listed in "Organization URLs" under the Administer menu

New Feature of the Week - Updated Shopping Cart Rollback

For those using the Shopping Cart, we have simplified the way to reverse or "rollback" prior purchases.  This includes a way to rollback specific line item(s) on prior transactions, without having to reverse the entire transaction.  Here's a .pdf document with details.

What's Brewing - Age Restriction on Registrants, QR Codes

Based on feedback, we have started work on two features - enabling age restrictions on signing up an event participant and a QR (Quick Response) Code reader solution for event check-in using a mobile device.  Both of these feature enhancements are in their infancy stage, but just wanted you to know we're listening.

Facilities Reservations Module Promotion
