How much

$13 per Webelos before August 15th ($2 early bird discount applied at checkout)

$15 per person thereafter

Cost covers craft supplies, snacks, t-shirt, etc.

$5 per Leader T-shirt

Remember that a tour plan is required for all district activities and camping trips. You will need to be prepared to show a receipt for the activity fees (a receipt will be e-mailed to you when you complete the online registration) and a copy of your tour plan during check in.

Note that you can pay by Credit/Debit Card, by EFT (using the routing number from your personal check), or by bringing a payment into the Scout office.   

You will NOT be guaranteed a t-shirt if you do not register BEFORE August 15th!!!

Get ready!  This is going to be the adventure of the summer! 

Expect a day full of fun games and exciting opportunities to experience new things. 

Includes a t-shirt for each leader and boy attending.  You will need to wear the t-shirts so we can identify you.  We use the t-shirts to know who is registered (and who is supposed to be there), and to know what group they belong with.  Your cooperation with wearing the appropriate t-shirt is greatly appreciated.

What to Bring

Our travel destination this year will require that groups register upon arrival.  Please be prepared to present the following documents when you check-in:

• Tour plan - available at www.myscouting.org.  
• Receipt for activity fees (will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of payment)
• Health form for each Webelos and Adult  Please note that only Parts A and B need to be filled out.
• Unit roster showing that all of the boys registered for camp are also registered in your pack.  (Check with your unit's online advancement person to get this printout)

 You will also want to bring the following:

• Sack lunches (and coolers to keep the food safe)
• Snacks
• Sun screen and/or rain gear
• Positive attitude

Please Remember

Adults need to supervise activities of the boys.  We depend on your ACTIVE participation in activities. Remember that Cub Scouts is NOT a spectator sport!  :-)  Please plan on being actively involved with your Webelos at each station. We need all of your help to get through each event in the limited time available. Thank you!

It WILL be hot and sunny, please remember to stay hydrated (water coolers and drinking fountains are available), and make sure you have plenty of sun screen for everyone in your group.
