What is Commissioner College? Commissioner College is one of the best ways for Community and Stake youth leaders to get continuing education in their critical civic and ecclesiastical roles.  It is modeled after a traditional college, with course requirements leading to Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate "degrees" in Commissioner Science.  The faculty has been selected from among the most capable trainers available; they include civic and church leaders who know how the "tools of  Scouting"can build and prepare the lives of youth.

For Whom: For all current and future commissioners, including:

  • Community and Stake Unit Commissioners: stake young men and primary presidencies and their boards who support Primary classes and Aaronic Priesthood Quorums, Businesses, and Chambers of Commerce members who provide support to community units.
  • Stake High Councilors and Stake Counselors with responsibilities for youth and Scouting
  • District Commissioners & Assistant District Commissioners
  • Roundtable Commissioners & Assistant Commissioners
  • Other Commissioners and Interested Scouters
