Last day to register is Friday, January 12.

Check in:  7:15 – 7:45 am. 
Opening Ceremony: 8:00 am
Session 1 Activity Badge Classes 8:15 am to 10 am
Cracker Barrel Break: 10 am
Session 2 Activity Badge Classes 10:15 am to noon 

Seven Adventures will be offered at each session.  The boys will have the opportunity to select one adventure class each session.  ( The Moviemaking and Maestro is two adventures combined into one class.)  They will be able to register for a total of 2 classes at the Pow Wow.  Most Adventures will be completed at Pow Wow, however, Building a Better World will not be completed at Pow Wow.

We are offering 1 of the required Adventures for both Webelos and Arrow of Light Rank Advancement.  The First Responder is required to earn the Webelos Rank Advancement.  Building a Better World is required to earn the Arrow of Light.

We will provide all the supplies needed.

Boys must come in uniform.  They can wear either the Cub Scout blue shirt or the Boy Scout tan shirt and a neckerchief is required.

Each boy will need to preselect 2 classes - one for each session. There are no additional fees for any of the classes.

Minimum of 7 boys per class.  If any class has less than 7 participants the class will be cancelled for that session and those boys will be asked to select another class. 
Maximum boys per class, per session will depend on the class. 

Classess to choose from:

  • Building a Better World – This will need to be completed with the Webelos Den and at home. Leaders: You may want to sign up all your boys for this badge so that you can work on 4, 6, and 7 together as a Den. The following will not be done at Pow Wow:
    •     4 – Meet with a government leader
    •     5 – Learn about your families finances
    •     6 – Participate in an event that would help lead others in recycling and     conserving resources.
    •     7 – Plan an activity without your den leader’s help.
  • First Responder - Complete
  • Earth Rocks - Complete
  • Engineer - Complete
  • Moviemaking and Maestro - Complete
  • Build it - Complete
