Halloween Ghost Trails at Camp Maple Dell

WHAT

Dare to get scared? Camp Maple Dell's Halloween Ghost Trails are more than just a spook. Campfire ghost stories, Monster Mash dance party, pumpkin tomahawk throwing, hot chocolate, and children stories are just a few of the adventures that await. Also available:

  • Children's Ghost Trail - A short, friendly ghost trail through the woods, created specifically for little ones. Included in entry fee.
  • Teen/Adult Ghost Trail - Get your heart racing through this suspenseful ghost trail that is sure to make you scream. This ghost trail is for those teens/adults who dare to enter. Included in entry fee.
  • Nightmare Challenge - Take your Halloween adventure to the next level by camping in the haunted forest and experiencing the "night life"! Families, young adults, church groups, and Scouting troops have the opportunity to camp either Friday or Saturday night. You'll be lying in your sleeping bag, but can you sleep?! ($5 per victim plus $25.00 per campsite for up to 15 people.)

WHO

Families, church groups, young adults, Scout troops, and everyone else who dare enter.

PRICE

Price includes: campfire ghost stories, Monster Mash dance party, pumpkin tomahawk throwing, hot chocolate, children stories, both ghost trails. "Nightmare Challenge" for an additional cost.

  • $5.00 when you register online
  • $6.00 at the door - walk-ins welcome
  • $25.00 campsite fee for "Nightmare Challenge" (campsite holds up to 15 people)
  • Kids 3 and under FREE

Additional costs:

  • Smore making for additional cost, or bring your own.
  • The camp trading post will be open with snacks and basic camping supplies for purchase.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Costumes are encouraged.
  • Jackets and warm clothing (it gets cold up in the canyon)
  • If participating in the Nightmare Challenge:
    • Camping gear and supplies
    • Food and cooking supplies
    • Water
    • Change of clothes
    • Cold weather clothing

SCHEDULE

Friday, October 26th:

  • 7:30pm - 10:30pm (Come and go at anytime)
  • If participating in the Nightmare Challenge:
    • 7:00pm - Camp set up
    • 7:00pm - 10:30pm - Halloween Ghost Trails and activities
    • 11:00pm - Lights out
    • Saturday morning
      • ​8:00am - Camp take down
      • 10:00am - Leave camp

Saturday, October 27th:

  • 7:30pm - 10:30pm (Come and go at anytime)
  • If participating in the Nightmare Challenge:
    • 7:00pm - Camp set up
    • 7:00pm - 10:30pm - Halloween Ghost Trails and activities
