Hosted by the Crossroads of the West Council, Scouting America, this milestone gala celebrates the enduring values that built our nation — faith, service, and community.

Honoring Distinguished Leaders

We proudly recognize two individuals whose lifelong service embodies the ideals of Scouting and citizenship:

  • Charles W. Dahlquist II — Former National Commissioner, visionary advocate for youth leadership.

  • Frank McAllister — Former National Executive Board member of Scouting America, philanthropist, and tireless champion of outdoor adventure.

Their impact will inspire generations to come.
