Past Council Award Recipients
Robert Baden-Powell created the Scout Movement with the idea that all participants would be actively engaged in the program. Both youth and adult members would work towards types of advancement and earn awards. Over the years, the number of awards available to adults increased dramatically. Both adults and youth earn awards and ‘advance’ together!
