Refund Policy

In the event the Council cancels a camp or event; the unit, organization, or individual may use the credit towards a future event, or a full-refund will be granted.  In cases where the unit, organization, or individual cancels their reservation no refund or credit towards future events will be granted.

Deposits are non-refundable:

  • $50 per group reservation (Day camp)
  • $250 per campsite (Scout camp)
  • $15 per person (Youth camps)
  • One night- off-season rental or $500 (Whichever is greater)

Groups/participants may request a refund if a camper/individual is unable to attend an event due to:

  • illness
  • personal injury
  • death in the family

“No-shows” are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are not available for food. Changing participant numbers at an event will result in the unit paying for food that was already ordered.

Refunds due to illness, family death, or personal injury will be available in the form of a credit on the group's/participant’s online account that may be used for a future Council event/training.

Payment Schedule

Full payment is due 1 week prior to your first day of camp.
