Tracy Ropes Course

Project COPE is a program for both adults and youth that focuses on group initiatives, team building, problem solving, and physical challenges. While it incorporates some rock climbing techniques, it is not solely a climbing course. Instead, it uses climbing elements to foster trust, communication, self-esteem, leadership, decision-making, and teamwork among participants.

The COPE program offers customizable activities and challenges to fit your group’s needs. Team building begins with understanding each member’s strengths and how they collaborate. Engaging games help build rapport before tackling course challenges.

Low COPE: Teams face physical obstacles that require cooperation, highlighting each member's abilities.

High COPE: Following Low COPE, participants tackle high ropes elements, navigating cables and swings with a robust safety system.

Activities include trust exercises, climbing walls, zip lines, and more, fostering teamwork and personal growth.

Team members are encouraged to enhance their self-awareness and recognize their strengths and limitations. For groups that already have a connection, COPE helps refine communication and leadership skills. For new or unfamiliar groups, COPE quickly fosters a strong sense of belonging. Most importantly, COPE is a fun experience!
