CERTIFIED ANLING INSTRUCTOR

This course provides you the tools to improve your fishing knowledge and skills and become a fishing advocate for your unit and council.   As a certified angling instructor you will learn the fundamentals of fishing and flyfishing skills and how to teach those skills to Scouts. You will become certified to serve as a merit badge counselor for the Fishing and Flyfishing merit badges and may serve as a fishing train-the-trainer.  This course is ideal for leaders of Scouts BSA and Cub Scouts, camp staff and other interested registered Scouting America members.  Minimum age is 15.
